Mystica · 天机阁 is a fortune-telling and divination app for entertainment purposes. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, who processes it, and how you can control or delete it. This policy covers both the current production Mystica app and the redesigned Mystica Overhaul app distributed through Google Play testing or later release.
Mystica asks for or derives information only to provide app features such as readings, compatibility reports, subscriptions, ads, usage limits, and saved history.

Most profile and history information is stored locally on your device. When you request an AI reading, Mystica sends only the reading context needed to generate that reading to our backend server, which forwards it to our AI provider.
We use information for the following app functions:
- Generating personalised fortune, zodiac, blood type, MBTI, yearly, daily, combo, and Couple Match readings.
- Saving profile details, preferences, and reading history on your device.
- Applying free-use limits, streak-related usage display, and abuse-prevention limits.
- Restoring or verifying Pro and ad-free purchases.
- Showing ads to free users and hiding ads for Pro or ad-free users.
- Maintaining app security, reliability, and support.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your reading inputs to build advertising profiles. Advertising may still be processed by Google AdMob according to Google's own advertising and privacy practices.
Mystica uses artificial intelligence, including Anthropic Claude, to generate readings. When you request a reading, our backend sends the relevant prompt and reading context to the AI provider so the reading can be created.
All readings are provided for entertainment purposes only. They are not medical, legal, financial, psychological, relationship, or other professional advice. Mystica makes no guarantee of accuracy and does not predict the future.
We use service providers to operate Mystica:
- Anthropic processes reading prompts to generate AI readings.
- Render hosts the Mystica backend server.
- Google Play Billing processes purchases, subscriptions, and entitlement checks.
- Google AdMob provides advertising for free users.
These providers may process data as needed to provide their services. Their own privacy policies and terms may also apply. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for our own marketing purposes.
Profile details, partner details, reading history, language, sound, purchase-state cache, and similar app data are primarily stored on your device using local storage. You can delete this local data by using in-app clear-data options where available, clearing app data in Android settings, or uninstalling the app.
Reading requests are processed by our backend and AI provider to return the requested reading. Our backend does not intentionally store full reading prompts or generated readings as a user database. IP addresses and timestamps may be processed for rate limiting, abuse prevention, server logs, and service reliability. Rate-limit data is temporary.
Google Play purchase records and AdMob advertising data are handled by Google according to Google's policies and your Google account or device settings.
Communication between Mystica and our backend uses HTTPS encryption. We limit use of personal and sensitive information to app functionality and service operation. No method of transmission or storage is completely risk-free, but we use reasonable safeguards appropriate for this app.
Mystica is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can assist.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing of your personal data. Because much of Mystica's profile and history data is stored on your device, you can directly control or delete that data through the app, Android app settings, or uninstalling the app.
You can also manage Google advertising preferences and purchase records through your Google account, device settings, and Google Play.
